    @Adira: I tested without holding.

  3. Adira

    wonderful pomelo / 30692 posts

@littlek: Maybe I'll see if I can do 3 hours and call it good enough, haha. I have a weak bladder.

@luv2beamom: i am so sorry you feel discouraged. I hope you have a bfp to cheer you up soon!!!

@Adira: looks like you may be having a long annovulatory or weak ovulation cycle. I would try an OPK but be warmed that LH surges can happen through your cycle. FX for you!!!

@MrsMccarthy: It figures the cycle that we're activity TTC, my cycle is like this! Gahhh!!!

@mfa_lady: I thought I saw something on the hpt on my tablet too. At first I thought that was why you were posting it. I'm less sure on the laptop though.

@Torchwood: Thanks, lady! Although, you guys are killing me! Haha. I have the photo on my phone and I keep zooming in, but I still don't see anything. I'll have to test again tonight or tomorrow!

I did Google my batch of Wondfos, though, and all that came up was history of FALSE NEGATIVES. Great. I took a FRER on Sunday, though, and that was 100% negative. Who knows, at this point? My husband is begging me not to keep taking FRERs (those suckers are so expensive) so I may try to give it a few more days. Thanks for the support!!!

@mfa_lady: okay. I also don't want to raise hope, but I've been staring at hCG Wondfos for days, and *think* I see a smudge in the spot where the second line goes. I say FRER time......!!!!??!!??

  15. Mrs.Panda

    nectarine / 2358 posts

@mfa_lady: Are you sure that's a stark BFN? I kinda see a lil sumpin sumpin there.

  16. mfa_lady

    pomegranate / 3921 posts

@ChiCalGoBee: @Mrs.Panda: YOU GIRLS ARE KILLING ME! Hahahahaha. I am still not seeing anthing....but maybe a FRER tomorrow morning is in order, money be damned!

PS: @ChiCalGoBee I love your disclaimer "I've been starting at hcg Wondfos for days"

  17. Torchwood

    pomelo / 5607 posts

@mfa_lady: Fingers crossed! I'm really glad I'm not the only one, cause I always worry about giving false hope.

  18. mfa_lady

    pomegranate / 3921 posts

@Torchwood: Hahaha. You're sweet! Don't worry, there are plenty of other enablers here. In other news, how are YOU feeling??

  19. Torchwood

    pomelo / 5607 posts

@mfa_lady: Ha ha, I'm good. 13 weeks! Once I hear the heartbeat again on Friday (fingers crossed it goes well), I think I'll finally feel pretty confident in things.

  20. Mrs.Panda

    nectarine / 2358 posts

@mfa_lady: Girl, I turned my monitor's brightness all the way up and I just got Lasik so you KNOW I'm seeing 20/15 I really do see a shadow of a line! FRER in the morning! I demand it!

Hugs and support to everyone that needs it!

    pomegranate / 3921 posts

@Torchwood: That is so awesome. Prayers for you that your appointment is perfect! Thinking of you!

@Mrs.Panda: this made me LOL at work! You're awesome!!

@Crystal: Don't worry, friend--I don't see anything either! And I thought I was pretty darn good at looking at these babies....I took about a thousand of them when I was waiting for my levels to go down late last year. Ack. Who knows!

  23. Mrs.Panda

    nectarine / 2358 posts

@mfa_lady: lol I like turned my laptop at an angle just to confirm I was seeing something. AHHHHH!! So excited for you!!

For all you ladies with spotting, I had spotting too and I'm 6 weeks along. When I expressed my concern at work (hospital) pretty much EVERY woman there (and since we are nurses, there are a LOT) told me they had spotting during the first trimester. Some had it the whole way through the first. Some had it the entire pregnancy! I can't imagine. Keep your chin up, you're not out until you're out. If you go to anylabtestnow.com you can do a beta hcg for like $39 with the $10 off coupon. Just for peace of mind for those who can't get into their OB's office.

I'm sure this has been asked a million times, but do you guys recommend Wondfos OPK or the Clear Blue OPK? I am sure AF is knocking on the door so I want to be 100% prepared next cycle! I'm thinking to buy both?

  25. Mrs.Panda

    nectarine / 2358 posts

@KelLeeLeee: I didn't like the Wondfos because they weren't consistent for me. The Clearblue was too expensive. I used a brand called Babi and the lines were clearer and there was no guessing with those. You can get them on Amazon.

  26. Crystal

    grapefruit / 4028 posts

@Mrs.Panda: As soon as my wondfos run out I am buying those.

  27. septca

    GOLD / pomegranate / 3688 posts

@mfa_lady: I definitely see something. FRER! With FMU! We will be stalking you tomorrow.

  28. MrsKRB

    nectarine / 2465 posts

@Mrs. Panda: Thanks! They're cheaper than Wondfos too, I'm worried about overanalyzing the darkness of the lines and I feel like Clear Blue will dumb it down for me, but the reviews look good, I will probably get those

  29. mfa_lady

    pomegranate / 3921 posts

@septca: So much pressure! Haha. Let's hope I can deliver a good report!

@mfa_lady: SEE?! I am not the only one!!! I told you I saw something!

  31. mfa_lady

@theotherstark: I wish there was a thumbs-up emoticon on HB. You'd be getting it right now!!

  32. Crystal

    grapefruit / 4028 posts

@mfa_lady: This is how you know I am crazy: I just copied and pasted your photo in an email and sent it to myself so I could turn the brightness all the way up on my tablet, lol.

  33. Crystal

    AF due on thurs/fri.

Someone please talk me out of buying FRERs. If I am KU, I will see a BFP eventually on a wandfo, right? I shouldn't waste money and just be patient?

  34. mfa_lady

    pomegranate / 3921 posts

@Crystal: I JUST LOVE YOU FOR THAT! That's true TTC-sisterhood, right there, girl. I'm still not convinced...but this HB peer pressure is serious business. Ha! It looks like I'm using another one of my precious FRERs in the morning.

  35. Crystal

    grapefruit / 4028 posts

@mfa_lady: Sisterhood of the POAS, lol.

  36. septca

    GOLD / pomegranate / 3688 posts

@Crystal: No, I will *not*. Buy them through Amazon - they come in packs of 3 and are *much* cheaper than at CVS/Target. If you do S&S you can get them super cheap (although S&S on FRERs is not for the faint of heart... last time they showed up on CD1. Ugh.)

And besides, what if you get a totally bogus evap or false positive on a Wondfo. Don't you *need* a FRER for back up???

  37. mfa_lady

    pomegranate / 3921 posts

@Crystal: YES! Sisterhood of the POAS. Let's make that a thing? Please?

(And I'm not the one to talk you out of buying FRERs...I'm the one hoarding three of them in my drawer at home right now. Haha!)

  38. winniebee

    hostess / wonderful grape / 20803 posts

@Crystal: I think FRERs are the way to go - even if you get a positive on a Wandfo, I'd retest with an FRER

You guys are all so awesome, but here's my update. When I woke up about 5 hours after the second test I was bleeding more heavily and now I'm having a flow like a normal period, clots and cramps and everything. I'm really disappointed, but I think I knew it was coming. I think I actually feel better than if I just had a period and no BFP because now I know we can conceive we just have to try again. I'm hoping so hard for the rest of you.

@MrsHansen82: ((hugs)) I am so sorry.
