@MrsMcCarthy: Haha my son is a TOTAL boobaholic too!! I haven't even tried to cut back on nursing because it's just so hard! The only way he will forget about nursing is if we're out and about and he's loving what we're doing....which is maybe like 5% of the time haha. I think if me conceiving depends on him weaning...it might be years!

@Crystal: Girl, we are on a similar schedule! I think I should be ovulating soon and testing the first week of March. I hope this is it for us!

@Keppa: I feel your pain. My cycles still haven't really improved so I'm not sure it helps much anyway unless you completely weaning. My son likes only one thing more than boob and that's tv. It's very unfortunate because we don't want him to watch too much. Here's hoping we can both be lucky and have babies while nursing our little gluttons!
@mfa_lady: I hope you and @Crystal get your rainbow babies this cycle! I am really pulling for you.

CYCLE DAY: 16
EXPECTED OVULATION AND POAS DATES: According to Mydays it was 2/17 and 3/2, but I am guessing 2/19 and 3/5 because my cervix is still high and I am on day 2 of watery/EWCM
CYCLE #: first one
HOW HAS YOUR JOURNEY BEEN SO FAR AND WHAT DO YOU PLAN TO TRY THIS MONTH: I've been tracking my cycle since last July waiting for my hubby to be ready, and well, now he's ready! My cycle is usually pretty regular, but of course this month has been slightly strange, maybe stress?

Did you ever look for leprechauns when you were much much younger? Have you ever done it with your LOs?
If I got KU this month- I would totally give the LO a placeholder name of leprechaun.
Also- this poem reminds me very much of trying to catch a BFP, so feel free to replace the word leprechaun with BFP.

@mfa_lady: I hope so too!!! FX to us both!!!
@MrsMccarthy: Thank you so much. I am pulling for a sibling for your LO!
@HolisticMama: Cute poem! We used to always set leprechaun traps when we were kids.

Well I'll be joining you over here now. I haven't O'd yet like I thought I would so it'll be too early for me to test in February. I've given up trying to predict my cycles, so all this is just a wild guess.
CYCLE DAY: 16
EXPECTED OVULATION AND POAS DATES: Well I'm going to hope that I O this weekend because otherwise this whole month is a bust because my husband and I won't be together , so my estimated POAS day would be March 8th.
CYCLE #: 2
HOW HAS YOUR JOURNEY BEEN SO FAR AND WHAT DO YOU PLAN TO TRY THIS MONTH: The journey so far has been frustrating. My cycles have been wacky and timing is really a challenge because my husband and I won't be living together again until mid-March, so if O doesn't happen on a weekend I'm visiting (or shortly thereafter), there's no chance for us. I want to be done with this long distance business and be able to give it a real shot! Plus finding out I'm pregnant would be kind of an awesome birthday present.

I'm going to go ahead and say I ovulated on CD 27, considering my temps have majorly jumped and I had 3 days of a VERY tender abdomen that suddenly stopped halfway through the day on Sunday. Didn't think my body would show such major signs of ovulation. Yay!
So, update:
Ovulation: Feb 27
POAS: March 3
Excited to move on to my first TWW

Joining in, my first round, thanks!
CYCLE DAY: CD11
EXPECTED O And POAS DAYS: CD15 (2/23) and CD30 (3/10)
CYCLE #: 2
HOW HAS YOUR JOURNEY BEEN SO FAR AND WHAT ARE YOU TRYING THIS MONTH: has been more emotional than expected in just the first month or so. trying to focus on my own health and fitness, trying to lose a little weight while I still can, so I can feel confident and ready for lots of BDing!
BABY #: 1!
Good luck to all of you! Hoping for an exciting spring for you all

Not sure how lucky we are going to be this month, I thing I O'd somewhere between Monday and today, but we only bd'd monday.. we were hoping for more but I think we were too excited too early and kind of burnt out we'll see! So the wait begins...
eggplant / 11861 posts
Ok so I have really no idea when I Od or if I even will...I was going off a normal 28day cycle .....hoping my body would just gear up and do its thing after our last IUI we BD CD 11, 12 and 14 so I am hoping that if I Od on CD 14 it was covered?!
Anyone get a BFP and only bed a few days before O and O? Silly I am trying not to think about it this month...but we all know how that goes......lol
GOLD / squash / 13576 posts
@FaithFertility: I got pregnant and had sex one time. No idea when I ovulated since we weren't trying and I thought I was nowhere near ovulation.
eggplant / 11861 posts
@littlek: Thanks for saying that!!! I really thought I would be ok this month not seeing RE or doing any meds, but it is torture!!!!...lol
pomegranate / 3921 posts
@FaithFertility: I"ve heard lots of stories about a BFP with BD timing like yours! FX for you, girl.
GOLD / squash / 13576 posts
@FaithFertility: I'm the opposite I'm ready for this cycle to be over so I can start working with RE. Who knows my don't give a f attitude will help get me KU.
eggplant / 11861 posts
@littlek: yep!!! After our last IUI failed I wanted to get some other testing done to see why we had 2CP and a failed IUI, I am getting tests done next week and meet with my RE March 12th to discuss results and such...so we decided to have a we don't give a F attitude this month, I didn't even get OPKs, like I had planned....but I have faith and pray it will still happen! But not seeing the RE this month makes me feel like we are wasting time, but I need to remember it is not my time its Gods time!!
GOLD / squash / 13576 posts
@FaithFertility: we are doing the same thing.. No OPKs.. Hopefully it works for us!!
pomelo / 5607 posts
@lilyofthewest: It's been a couple days, but I wanted to jump in to say that if I were you I'd go ahead and get the iud out. I've heard of cycles taking a long time to regulate after having one for so long, so even if you don't jump right on TTC, giving your body some time to regulate could be helpful.
@FaithFertility: My first bfp we only bd-ed twice the entire month, and I thought neither were close enough to O for it to happen.
honeydew / 7295 posts
@FaithFertility: you totally have a shot! My son was a one shot deal! Hoping March is your magic month.
@lilyofthewest I agree with torchwood. Get your body back in gear.

@FAITHFERTILITY we are in the same boat! I will keep my fingers crossed for the both of us
Anyone feel any symptoms early after O? I have nothing to do but symptom spot, haha, my stomach has been feeling off the past few days.

@MrsMccarthy: count me as a cheerleader hoping for lots of BFPs on this board!!!

Ladies, I have OFFICIALLY changed my status from "Not Trying, Not Preventing" to "Trying to Conceive"!!!!!! Hubs is on board the TTC train!!!
Last night, despite being sick, Hubs got in gear and we got busy. Then he didn't bat an eye when I propped my legs against the wall and lifted my hips up! He even asked me if I wanted him to get me a book since I was going to be like that for 10-15 minutes! AND I asked if he'd be up for BDing every other day until I ovulate (or get my period) and his response: "Sure!"

@bushelandapeck: me too!
@Adira: yippee! That mAkes things so much easier.
