Do you give your LO's massages? How often?

My LO will complain her legs hurt (growing pains, I assume) so I'll massage her legs for her and that seems to really help and calm her down before bed. I don't think it would hurt to add it to our bedtime routine now and then, I mean, who doesn't love a massage??
