My BFF is getting married when I'll be about 26 weeks along, and I need help finding a line of bridesmaid dresses that will work. Any ideas? I remember the line I chose had maternity dresses in the same style as the non-maternity, but I can't remember what they were!

I had a pregnant bridesmaid and she just chose a long jersey dress at David's Bridal. it matched my other girls - she just had it cut to knee length!

When one of my best college friends got married one of our other friends was expecting twins. I went to a big fabric store and helped her find a fabric very similar to the fabric of the dress the bride chose and she had a seamstress add it to the front of it so it was more an a-line strapless dress rather than a straight strapless dress. Maybe you can do that if the dress style is simple enough like the ones we wore. The color wasn't exactly spot on but it was reeeally close. You would have to look at it up close to see it. Hope that helps!

I'm in the same boat! I'll be 20 something weeks when my friend gets married this summer and I'm a bridesmaid. She knew we were doing IVF but doesn't know I'm pregnant yet! But she chose J Crew chiffon dresses knowing it was a possibility that me and one other girl might be KU. Chiffon is flowy and I'm just going to be sure to get an empire-like waist (we can choose any style we want). And I'll ask the salesperson at J Crew what she recommends.

I'm wearing Bill Levkoff for a wedding and they had a few maternity dresses. not a lot of options, though.

I was a bridesmaid at 33 weeks pregnant. I got a regular bridesmaid dress that had an empire waist and ordered a really large size. Then had it altered. It worked out fine.

I had 1 bm in my wedding 8 months pregnant, and another who had a 6 week old LO and was breastfeeding. The girls wore long chiffon dresses with an empire waist. They both looked great! Just order a few sizes up and take the dress in.

Bill Levkoff makes some maternity dresses! They're very similar to regular BM dresses, but accommodate a bump so the dress isn't a funny length in the front and long in the back, unless the bride wants a high/low dress for y'all!

1 of my bridesmaids was 32 weeks pregnant at my wedding. She worn a dress from Ann Taylor's wedding line. She just bought one with an empire waist in a large size and had it altered. She looked adorable!

I was a BM last year at 35 weeks. I had a dress from dessy that was an empire style and very cute. I ordered two sizes up and had my tailor take it out a bit to it my bump. At 25 weeks you should be good with just a larger size if you pick an empire style dress.

I waited until December to order it, and then I ordered it a size up. I think I should try it on one more time soon, but it should be OK. I've mostly grown in my stomach. The key is waiting to see where you're gaining weight...if I had gained weight all over, I would have had a lot more problems.
