I have pairs from both Target and Motherhood. Love them both! I think I like the Motherhood ones a teensy bit better.

I bought a pair from old navy and they ripped up the back as soon as i put them on!

I think I just replied on another thread like this.
- Ingrid and Isabel under-the-belly leggings (bought on Gilt, but also went on sale on their site)
- H&M over-the-belly leggings. Compared this to the Old Navy ones and I liked it better b/c it was a bit higher waisted (whereas I think the ON ones would stop right above the belly button).
- Motherhood Maternity secret fit panel - got these on sale in grey and they are the softest, most comfy of all. Will prob get a black one too.
- VS fold-over wb regular workout leggings. Thickest by far and the fold-over makes it comfy.

I got a bunch of pairs at the Motherhood outlet (they have a Pea in the Pod section!). The pair I live in are Motherhood and I love them, but I hated a different pair from them that I ordered online.

Heidi Klum has a cool line. I also got some Clearance jeans brand (don't remember which one) thicker leggings. (I plan to live in them as soon as it gets cold. It's been 80+ for over 3 weeks now : ()

I've been wearing Old Navy ones the whole time, and they're fine...but not great. Now that I'm close to the end (!!!), the over-belly part doesn't come quite high enough, so it lands on the belly, which isn't quite as comfortable, but it also hasn't stopped me from wearing them.
