Do these have an adapter that will make the MC car seat fit into/onto a Britax stroller?

I don't think so. I think Britax strollers only fit with Britax car seats.

But! I did find an adapter is is designed for The (U.K) stroller Babystyle Oyster and it has a maxi-cosi adapter that apparently works with Britax.
It took a TON of googling. -
I don't think so, that's why we went with the city select!
