@delight: thats great that you got your O! I'm hoping the blaringly dark opk I got this morning is a sign it's finally imminent.. It's been four days of positives now though! At least today's was the darkest, so hopefully that'll get me somewhere sometime soon.. I think it's a great sign for this month that your bfps come from late ovulations though!
cherry / 189 posts
@delight: also I totally feel you on the timing and being worn out! Every other day is the most we can manage at this point after a week of expecting O any day - it is exhausting and the *having* to do it for this long is getting old! Kind of takes the magic out of it.. I've read O-2 is the most common day to produce a bfp though, so I think you're good!

@mdf106: yes, waiting for O should not be as hard as the TWW! I've been having ewcm for a long time too, over a week I think, and mine is usually very predictive of O too! Seems like it's definitely tapering off though.. Maybe that's a good sign. Glad you got your O though, hopefully I'll join you on the other side soon

Excited, albeit a little nervous to be joining this thread! I wasn't on HB when we TTC first time around so looking forward to sharing the journey with others
Cycle Day: 7
TTC Cycle #: 1
Ovulation and POAS dates: Will POAS right at the end of the month, so lets say the 29th if AF hasn't arrived by then.
Baby #: 2, DD is 20 months.
Your plan this month: Try not to stress too much!

Cautiously joining this thread a little late this month...
Cycle Day: 5
TTC Cycle #: 25
Ovulation and POAS dates:FF says probably O 5/18-20 and I'll probably POAS 5/31, depending on when I O
Baby #: 2
Your plan this month: DH& I are taking ubiquinol, will try to BD EOD starting around CD11 until temp shift confirmed.
We're still waiting to change insurance so we can do IVF+ICSI, so we're trying on our own in the meantime.

My info is on page 4, but I was never added to the list.
I actually got my positive OPK on 5/5 so I'm going to start POAS on 5/16

Oh wow... so many BFPs since I last checked in. Congrats ladies!
I'm not exactly sure where I stand on this cycle. It's my first since I had my iud removed, so I'm not sure what to expect for cycle length. Before I got pregnant with #1 32-35 days was pretty normal. I might have O'd yesterday though... only the next few days of temps will tell.

@auggiefrog: I’m really sorry to hear that. Totally agree with others that you should do something nice for yourself this weekend. Hugs!

@YogiRunner: I am *hoping* that I finally O'd yesterday (we'll see tomorrow if my temps keep going up) so that puts me POAS-ing on May 17 or 18 at the earliest. Thanks!!
clementine / 849 posts
@cobee: hoping that temp shoots up tomorrow! I'll switch your date in the next version
AFM, I am finding this 2WW impossible already and it's only 3dpiui. Some owie cramps that come and go, mostly from my more-active ovary on the right. I need to just c.h.i.l.l but these stabbing pains are driving me to Dr. Google! Aggh.

My test date was yesterday. Results inconclusive. In reality I started testing Monday, and this is what I've got:
Wondfo: started at 8dpo with a squinter, then neg until today, where I'm at another squinter.
FRER: squinter starting at 10dpo until today, no squinting required. And the line has color!
Digi: at 12dpo and 13dpo.
I'm trying to get in a clinic today for a beta draw at 9am, west coast time. The nurse at my ob won't let me come in until Tuesday when I'm officially late. Such BS.
Also, I have PCOS and DH has low sperm morphology, and we already had one loss in 10 months of TTC.... so.... yeah, this sucks.
pomelo / 5660 posts
@DesertDreams88: digitals tend to not be sensitive.. Do you have anything besides FRER? They seem to be overly sensitive lately.
cherry / 134 posts
@desertdreams88 Your line looks really good on the FRER and I have also heard digis aren't as sensitive. Hope you get some piece of mind very soon. FX!!!!.

@banddmommy: all I have are FRERs, wondfos, and clearblues. Maybe I should go to the dollar store... do dollar store ones have pink dye?
hostess / papaya / 10219 posts
@DesertDreams88: yep- I like the dollar tree ones. Better than FRER I think.
Are all of those from today?
grapefruit / 4361 posts
@travellingbee: they're both from today. I got a positive on a wondfo but didn't bother taking a pic.
Basically I'm sure I'm pregnant (backed up by symptoms and possibly triphasic chart), but I don't think the emby is growing like it's supposed to, based on the tests.
hostess / papaya / 10219 posts
@DesertDreams88: yeah I'm just not sure if I'd put much weight into them. With this one, my tests were about the same as my early loss that had very low hcg but my betas were more than 3x as high. I was very nervous with how light they were, so I understand your anxiety though.
cherry / 189 posts
@delight: it did go way up! Hooray! FF thinks i ovulated on the 6th but I think the 7th is more likely. Now wait #2 begins!
cherry / 189 posts
@DesertDreams88: good luck trying to get betas and with the results!! That FRER seems really nicely dark for 13dpo- with my cp I didn't even get a squinter until 15dpo. I cant believe the digi is still negative! Maybe its right on the verge? Hoping and praying for you in this uncertain time, I know how hard it is!!

@DesertDreams88: oh I'm so hopeful for you! It drives me crazy when docs refuse to do tests without considering your individual situation. Mine refused to do any bloodwork or hormone testing before the 1 year mark even though my insurance won't cover it either way, and I'm using a donor and I'm not sure he'll be up for sticking around for years! Drives me nuts. I have my third establish care appointment this Monday, trying to find someone who knows about fertility and is willing to with with our situation. Good luck to you! I hope they'll do your betas!
grapefruit / 4361 posts
I called my gp this morning and they're bringing me in for betas in 2 hours! I won't get my results until Tuesday or Wednesday, but at least then it will be a clinically verified pregnancy, which would be so encouraging to me. Grow baby grow!
@2farmmoms: yeah, I'm like, come on, take all my money and do all the tests!! And doctors all like nah. Best wishes to you for your appt, I totally understand your worries! If you were doing official IUIs, you'd be getting help right away, so I don't understand your doctor's attitude.

I'm positive
I have been testing for a week straight - I must have ovulated later than I thought. I totally counted myself out and had 1.5 drinks last night. Oops.
clementine / 899 posts
Tested today at 10DPO with a FRER.. BFN. A part of me is thinking there could be other factors at play; it wasn't a true FMU (though it was a few hours hold) or maybe implantation hasn't occurred yet... But a bigger part of me is thinking we're out this month. A little sad.. just a little.

@YogiRunner: @MrsKRB: Me too! I don't think our chances are great this month, but I have had a lot of pulling pains/cramping for a couple days. Maybe O pain?
grapefruit / 4278 posts
@ChitownRo: Congrats!
@DesertDreams88: Fingers crossed for you! I'm glad they are finally doing blood draws for you.
Well, it looks like I officially ovulated May 7th, so I guess my POAS date will be the 17th. I'm not super hopeful, I O'd much earlier than I ever did pre-iud, so our timing wasn't great...we'll see though.
