I've had a rough few months. I've been dealing with secondary IF and had two miscarriages in a row, one around thanksgiving and the other around Christmas. I ate my way through my misery and the holidays. I hadn't been feeling myself and couldn't fit into at least half my pants. I wasn't overweight, but I wasn't happy. So I decided to do something about it. We are going to an AI for vacation in a month and I wanted to feel good in a bathing suit.
I've worked my butt off for a month so far- walking at least 10,000 steps a day per my fit bit (but often more like 12-15,000), doing core exercises, eating under 1500 calories, eating minimal processed foods and very low carbs, increasing fruits and veggies etc. I feel so much healthier and as if this morning, I've lost 7 lbs! I'm happy right where I am but I'll continue this healthy lifestyle because it feels good. Thanks for letting me celebrate!! I'm just so excited!
