@septca: Kind of like I did! I POAS on May 7 or whatever, and just put myself on May 31 instead of being a rollover. Even though I have no intentions of testing May 31

@septca: So basically no change at all? Instead of "rollovers" we just put the girls' names back up on the list for they have visually see that they are included?

@dc yoga bee: If you don't want to test May 31, why would you put yourself down as testing on May 31?

@septca: @MrsMcD: I lied, I'm not waiting until Tuesday I requested an appointment online. Now just have to wait for a response!

@MrsMcD: Basically. It's more of a mentality shift - I like to think of the "new" thread as more of a "hey, if you've been trying for 6+ months, you're welcome here and will get lots of support, regardless of when you are next POASing." That seems to be what *most* people use this thread for anyway, and I really *hate* the idea of splitting up early, so it was a good compromise.
@Marfi: Good for you!!!
grapefruit / 4770 posts
@MrsMcD: B/c I'm testing June 1, and I didn't want to start a new POAS month in the middle of the month. I like staying in the same group until the end.
ETA: Exactly what @septca said. I was out May 7th. I don't want to start a new thread for June on May 7th. I'd rather rolldown and keep it moving

@Happygal: Yep - reviving the concept, plus adding a running list.
I have it all in my head, and said I'd post Tuesday morning. If what I think will work doesn't work for you (any of you), let's chat and *change it* because this is our space and it should be exactly what we want it to be. (And now we hold hands and sing.)

@dc yoga bee: progesterone was my problem, it was so low it was stopping implantation, it's a good place to start as it is such an easy fix.

@Snowdrop: I'm so excited this Doctor didn't dismiss me and tell me to come back in 6 months! And congrats again to you my dear!

@dc yoga bee: thanks, you really do have to be your own advocate in all this. I will be on progesterone sups till my 2 weekly blood tests indicate I don't need them anymore.

Happy anniversary to all the lovely ladies celebrating today! We all listed who had a 5/23 anniversary many many pages ago, so I won't try to remember who to tag. But Happy Day to many of you! And I think for most of us celebrating today, it's 5 years, right?

My temps are ALL OVER THE PLACE this month. I've taken them within 10 mins of each other every day. I really hope I O today, it doesn't look like I did yesterday.

@dc yoga bee: if I remembered right though you still got some good days in?
@Crystal: My mum knows about our problems so we are telling her on Tuesday, my dad is a worrier so we are waiting till fathers day after chance of a chemical passes and he is getting a grandfather's card, see if he catches on. Unfortunately DH no longer as his parents but they would have been over the moon.
The last three months I pinpointed O just off cm and always got it spot on so if your temps are erratic I would just count the last day of fertile cm. Really got my fingers crossed for you, I see you as my 6 months plus buddy

@Snowdrop: that is so sweet, I'm sure your dad will love it! How many weeks will you be on Father's Day?
I see you as my 6m+ buddy too, I missed you!

@Crystal: only 7+2 but i feel like the first two weeks seem to be the most dangerous. I will have to keep popping in till you graduate too, hopefully not too long!

Happy Anniversary to all the ladies celebrating. Our 3 year anniversary was May 21. Funny that so many of us married in may. I hope those of you still waiting will see a BFP this month too.

@Crystal: I wonder if ff will give you crosshairs with cd15 as ur O day? Possible, if looking at CM!
grapefruit / 4028 posts
@LIL BEAN: I was playing around with the next few days worth of temps, and it gave me crosshairs at cd15. I hope my temps stay up tomorrow so it confirms O.
Anyone doing anything fun this weekend?

@Crystal: hope your temps settle down and make it clear what is going on.
@Marfi: Sending good thoughts and prayers!
@LIL BEAN: glad life is treating you well. I'm in the TWW and just trying to relax, since there is little to do- just taking my progesterone. La-ti-da...
DH is away this weekend for work. I am trying to get the house in order as well as doing some relaxing. What is everyone up to this weekend?

@Crystal: I'm sorry about your temps. Are you using opks? What's your O status?
honeydew / 7295 posts
@Marfi: I hope you get some answers soon. I have a doctors appointment on Wednesday. Seems to take some time and a few appointments to get answers with this kind of stuff but at least we are getting the ball rolling. In my case I am going in under the guise of abnormal periods but plan to ask my doctor for her advise on pursuing further testing which would come out of pocket.

@AmeliaBedilia: @MrsMcD: temps shot up this morning, so FF is giving me an O date of CD15. We BD every day from O-4 through O+1. I'm feeling really good about our chances this month!
That coupled with the fact that a BFP would be inconvenient, timing wise, means it's definitely gonna happen, right?
clementine / 794 posts
@MrsMccarthy: I think that's technically what mine is for but I'll find out for sure on Thursday. I had a problem with irregular periods in high school, which is why I went on BC in the first place. I was hoping that it would be regular again after I stopped, and it has been for the last 6 months but AF seems to be back to her old tricks! It also makes me nervous that I'm not going to be seeing my regular doctor, though I am glad I don't have to wait a while to see some one.
nectarine / 2192 posts
@Crystal: Do you mean that it would be inconvenient for you or me?
grapefruit / 4028 posts
@MrsMccarthy: how are you? Good luck at the dr!
@Marfi: is this an OBGYN or regular dr?
@AmeliaBedilia: both of us, actually! Did you decide what you are doing about the conf?
I have two work conferences in June that will each require flights. If I do get KU this month, I'll be flying during the middle of morning sickness, four times. We're also going to disneyworld (!!!!), and I wouldn't be able to go on half the rides I've been looking forward to.
nectarine / 2192 posts
@Crystal: On the morning sickness- you may or may not have it, and there are things you can do to prevent it. Disneyworld would be disappointing. The conference issue is not a huge problem this cycle. Baby would be about 3 months old if I get a BFP later this week. The challenge this month is that I start my new job in August, and if I get my BFP, I would be starting at 15 weeks pregnant. It is suboptimal, but I will deal with it if it happens. I am trying to look at it as a win-win: either I get my BFP or I don't have to start a new job 15 weeks pregnant. (New job maternity leave policy is the first week is PTO, then 60% pay until doctor says to go back to work- probably 6 weeks.. So much better than old job!)
