I have now had two horrible MC dreams sense our MC early January. first one was about not everything coming out after the MC. Now there is a slight chance DH & I may have dtd late but on timeish. So what happens? I have a dream about having an early MC again. I will spare you all the details but they were both very graphic. Dreams like that just shouldn't happen. It's quite the mind f***.

@NerdBee: a massage sounds nice. I know things have been a little more stressfull lately but this seemed out of the blue. Its just crazy how the mind works sometimes.

@Sugar.Biscuit: for me, dreams are the outlet of my subconscious. Things that I don't let myself think about during the day often creep into my dreams. With everything that has been going on with you lately, it's no surprise that you're having bad dreams. I find that the best way to get rid of bad thoughts is to let go of the stress. I hope things will start looking up for you soon! *hugs*

I'm so sorry...no one should have to deal with a MC let alone dreams about MC. I agree in getting a massage to relax a bit. You deserve it!

it worked out that I could get one today while dh is at PT. I'm stoked! Thanks for the idea ladies. I might even just do take out tonight instead of fussing over supper.

sorry to hear this! my anxieties always manifest themselves in really graphic dreams that are hard to shake -- I think of it as just the way my mind & body are dealing with stress/anxiety and try not to overthink... i think everyone is super worried in the beginning, i agree with the others, do something as a treat!
