I have prescription insurance that covers some of the medications but for some reason, some are still just as expensive as paying out of pocket. Ovidrel is $136 at costco and 133.50 through my insurance. 
Grrr... anyone else get there medications somewhere less expensive?

Call some specialty pharmacies. Even if they don't take your insurance they should have better prices. Here's some that I know off the top of my head:

CVS CaremarkThere have been some threads about med costs that list some others. I had a great experience with Walgreens Specialty. They have a location in Lubbock so I was always able to get my meds overnight, even if I ordered on Saturday.

@Mrs. Pickle: It was CVS caremark that I was supposed to go through but they charged my insurance (Caremark) $260 for one ovidrel injection that I can get OOP for half that.
I will try calling some others.

@travellingbee: I'm not a fan of CVS Caremark. I definitely thought they were more expensive than other places and not very helpful.

Thanks everyone. I got it filled this time through Costco OOP. Time-wise I needed to just get it filled at this point but this is great information for future cycles.

@travellingbee: I haven't found a good place to buy yet since I haven't used up my insurance coverage for meds yet, but I know to stay away from CVS Caremark. They are expensive as hell. I have to use them now for insurance purposes, but after I ran out last year, they even told me themselves not to use them and that other online pharmacys would be cheaper!
