We had our daughter baptized this last weekend. It was just family, my Godparents, and Miss L's Godmother. Short and sweet

So cute! Looks like a great day! We had LO baptized at 3 months and it was a joint shindig with her cousin who is two weeks older, so it was a bigger family event, but it was a great day! Your daughter is beautiful!

Awww! When we have kids we don't plan on having them baptized. We will have them dedicated though!

Aw, sweet! We do plan on baptising her. She will be a little older - 5 months old.

Adorable. We aren't going to baptize but will do a dedication. If it is like DD's it will just be DH, myself and our church family unless my parents happen to come to visit that weekend (didn't work out when DD was dedicated).

We're doing a baptism, but LO will be about 6 months by the time we do it. I had to work out a time when my family could travel from Indianapolis to New York for the ceremony and that's a lot of schedule juggling.

No we are not baptizing our LO,. At our church we only baptize adults but we do a baby dedication instead. -

We had both kids baptized, and ours were really small affairs, too. I love seeing them all dressed up in their gowns, though! So cute!
