after you started taking it?
My husband started commenting about how LO's pee started stinking and smelling herbal immediately after I switched to MMP from fenugreek, and LO's poop turned dark green too...
Wondering if MMP was the cause.

Some moms and babies are more sensitive to fenugreek than others. It can cause intestinal upset, gas, diarrhea, and stool color change. Motherlove's blog has a good post about fenugreek (which is a main ingredient in MMP): http://motherloveblog.com/2011/09/22/questions-about-fenugreek-for-low-milk-supply/ Are you taking only the recommended dose? I had to take 4x the recommended amount of fenugreek alone but with MMP I only needed to take the recommended dosage.

@pelokila: Thanks for the link! We didn't have these issues when i was just taking fenugreek, it seemed to pop up when i switched to MMP. wondering if there was any correlation, and I only took recommended dosage for MMP too.

@mamajaja: Try backing off of how much MMP you are taking and see if that helps. I personally feel it is a better glactagogue than fenugreek alone but that doesn't mean it is the right solution for everyone.

@pelikila: yes, i stopped after 2 days, as i ended up with mastitis. =( so it might have worked a little too well. Gonna save it for when i go back to work to try to keep my supply up.
