Makes me want to cry. Does anyone have any reassurance that it will be worth it?
I am so fed up with living in a basement apartment. I want to have someplace bigger and more permanent before I take my IUD out and start TTC. We've only barely started looking at houses and I already feel overwhelmed. Yuck.

It'll definitely be worth it!!!!! We've been in our house 3 years now and the stress and anxiety of buying is a very distant memory at this point. I think we forgot about it a few days after moving in

WORTH IT! I hated, haaated living in an apartment being able to hear all my neighbors and have zero privacy because of thin walls, etc. It was a big, lengthy process buying the house, but holy cow, it was the best decision we ever made and we absolutely love being homeowners. Hang in there, when it's over you will be so happy!!!

Totally worth it. people are right when they say keep your last few years' tax returns, W2's, bank statements on file! It makes it all sooo much easier.

It is worth it. The good news is that some of the paperwork you need for a mortgage application is also the paperwork you need for your taxes, so your timing is good!

It is totally worth it! We had to send everything in to get pre-approved, that was in April. Then it took us till Dec to find a house, so we had to resend a bunch of stuff. It was annoying but the good thing is everything is done online these days. Now that we are in our house, 100% worth it!!! We still own our condo, renting it out, but I love not having to deal with the neighbors, laundry, stairs and parking.

Yes it will be worth it! The worst part for us was the collection of paperwork and pay stubs before closing. We also had to photo copy every check we received for our wedding to show where our large bank deposit was coming from! Closing was a breeze, we were in and out in less than two hours. The whole process is a distant memory now. Hang in there, there is a beautiful house to call your own to look forward to!

I think it will be worth it! lol I only say that because we close tonight, so I can't say for sure 
We live in an apartment and it is NOT ideal. We live on the 3rd floor, no laundry, mail isn't close...no personal yard, no garage. We can not wait to own! It is a stressful process to get there, I will say that!

So worth it! And when you refinance for better rates and sign them all again, it will be even more worth it

So totally worth it. There s away more annoying bureaucracy to come, but the feeling you get at the end is priceless.
