What would you pay a mother's helper? My 8yo niece is watching my 2.5yo DS for a few hours this morning while I'm upstairs doing some cleaning/enjoying having some help. I'm thinking $5/hr but I really have no idea. My sister told me to pay her a couple bucks total, lol. Just wondering what other people might pay!

I pay $10 an hour for our mothers helper.

Funny you posted thus my 13 yr old sister is going to help me on the weekends DH works if I have work to do,
I told her I'd give her $20 For a few hrs -
