Is there a way to keep the screen on when unplugged? It keeps turning off halfway through my shower!

I don't think you can, it turns off to save the battery. You'll be able to tell if LO is crying though by looking at the lights on the top. If more of the dots light up and they're red/orange, it means the noise level is increasing, so presumably LO is crying (does that make sense?).

I was wondering this too. We've been sleep training and she squirms a lot so I want to keep a constant eye on her while she falls asleep but it keeps turning off!

Bummer, I knew about the sound. I was just hoping there was a way to keep the screen on longer. I can tell by her squirming if she is about to start fussing, so I thought it might give me a little advanced warning.

@SLR: hehe I set it on a towel so I can reach out, dry my finger, and push the screen on button every few minutes
