Have you ever heard of Mr. Yuk?
I did for the first time on a thread here today. Do you use it? Make your own version of it? Something else?

I grew up with mr. Yuk stickers on chemical and cleaner bottles! I think I probably will use them, or something similar.

I saw that on the same thread. That's pretty cool! Right now all of the "Mr. Yuks" are locked up away from little hands. Once he's older we may do something similar.

My DH was talking about Mr. Yuk the other day as something he grew up seeing all the time and I had never heard of it before that!

Oh man, that brings me back! We used to have sheets of them lying around and my mom would sometimes stick them on things but mostly I used them as regular stickers! I don't know where she got them - my impression was they came free, maybe in the mail or from the doctors office? I would use them if I knew where to get them!

@Boogs: Parents buy the stickers, or maybe get them for free from poison control, and then put them on anything its dangerous for kids to get into. My parents mostly used them on cleaning products and the like, things which were already out of our reach, as an extra precaution.

My parents used Mr. Yuk stickers on stuff throughout my childhood. I'll probably get some myself, too.

We kept a Mr. Yuk sticker on our phone growing up. I live in/have the same hometown as @ms.line: so it was big around here.
