Do you have one of these things? They attach to the side of the crib and play music and light up, some have projections. What kind? Looking for one for DD and don't know which to buy!

We had a Baby Einstein one because it matched the nursery sea theme.

We don't have this one, but my nephew does and he loves it:

We have this one. I like it except she manages to shut it off with her feet!

@mediagirl: @jlm22: Is it really loud? I saw some reviews mention that.

@LindsayInNY: I don't find it loud. I should add that mine is probably 5 or 6 years old as its a hand me down from my sister.

We have a Lullaby Light Cube : http://www.amazon.com/Baby-Soother-Lullaby-Portable-Projector/dp/B00BZGRKG0
It does not attach to the crib but I like the projection onto the wall and it is nice that it plays multiple songs, has multiple volume levels, and auto shuts off.

@mediagirl: @LBee: @jlm22: Bought the Little Einstein one (Thank you AmazonNow for instant delivery!). Last night was the first time I can remember she fell asleep on her own. She woke up after nursing and I put her down anyways. I tried again this morning and it took a little bit for her eyes to adjust to the brightness of the monitor.

I bought the Little Einstein's sea one, but they were so excited by it that we couldn't keep it in their cribs because they love it too much. Now it's a downstairs toy only. they do have sea horses with glowing bellies that play music that they like. It's less stimulating than the fish!

We have the FP Aquarium. MIL gifted it to us. It works, and you can adjust the volume, and the effect (i.e., light up, move, music). Be aware though that the water does evaporate. I am going to hack ours soon and add more water. By that I mean drill a hole in the top, add water, and fill the hole with crazy glue.
