My baby drank from a bottle and I want to shout it from the rooftops! A whole 4.5 ounces today! I want to frame her "report card."
After a 12 week struggle she finally did it her first day of daycare like everyone said she would. The stubborn little girl didn't drink until 3:30, but she did it!

Yay!! I remember such relief when I came to pick up R on her 2nd trial day and she drank her bottle. Made me feel 100% better about starting her full time the following Monday.

@Smurfette: She took three 30 minute naps. I'm happy she fell asleep at all for them. I hope the sleep gets longer as she starts to take the bottle consistently. She looked like she had a pretty rough day, poor girl.

@Corduroy: She will!! R probably only slept that much her first day too. The whole first week she was asleep before the car was put of the parking lot, she was so tired. She slept thought the night all week too.

LO drank 12.5oz today! Her teacher was so happy she drew a heart around her first bottle of the day on her report card.
Oh, and DH told me to "tell all those Bee people" (so cute) that after all of our bottle trials we ended up going with the standard Medela bottles. He's so excited we don't have to buy a whole set of expensive bottles. <knocks on wood>
