@mediagirl: LOL
Oh, W has done that to me twice and I thought I was going to go insane. Where's the mommy down time??

@mediagirl: Haha thanks!
@BabyBoecksMom: I don't get it! I keep telling him how awesome naps are, and how Mama really wants to take one too, but he just laughs at me!

Yiikes. LO did that when she was 'sick' last week. I think she was just so excited to be home with us that naps were just out of the realm of possibility. >.< So sorry, that is so exhausting to handle!

@lovehoneybee: I would tell her that I wanted a nap, and she would try to make me lay down. Um... sorry, kid, you need to lay down, too.

Neither has mine!
He didn't nap before going to daycare and he rarely sleeps there (half day). We're getting family photos tonight and I'm nervous about having a cranky toddler on my hands

@winniebee: We're in the middle of transitioning (his doing, not mine) but he just didn't want to nap at all today. He finally fell asleep...for half an hour

My 7.5 month old napped 30 mins all day at day care and then 15 mins on the way home. Early bedtime tonight!

@lovehoneybee: and we had a few days like that during transition -- I put him to bed super early and he'd make up for it overnight. he isn't a long napper on one nap (usually 1.5-2 hrs) but he tacked on more overnight sleep, which I'm cool with.

Mine isn't a napper by nature either. Usually 1:20 a day since before she made a year, I can sympathize!! Hugs to you, hope tonight goes better than the day!

I'm sorry, we had a day like that last week, and I swore I was going bonkers. Not so much that I was worried about dealing with a grumpy toddler, just that I needed an hour break from his insanity!
