I need some ideas for putting/keeping weight on N. He has to be gluten and dairy free. I looking for easy foods to help stabilize his weight. When we took out gluten his rash cleared up but he started to lose weight because he is a breads and starch kind of kid.

I am struggling because he is also cutting teeth right now so he isn't too interested in food. He is normally a great eater. Here is what his normal day of food looks like right now.

Breakfast:
8 ounces of soy milk
Hot rice cereal with soy milk and applesauce
Fresh fruit (bananas, watermelon, strawberries)

Morning snack:
Fresh fruit or veggies
Milk or juice
Crackers (gf)

Lunch:
Small portion of leftover dinner/or pb&j
8 ounces of soy milk
Fruit or veggie
Maybe an animal cracker if he are everything

Afternoon snack:
Water or juice
Fruit or veggie

Dinner:
8-10 ounces of soy milk
A portion of our dinner
Crackers
Maybe some fruit if he eats everything from his dinner.

I am not sure what else to do. I feel like I am failing him.
