There's currently a class-action settlement for anyone who has purchased Naked Juices in the past six years-- $75 with proof of purchase, and $45 without. Just an FYI! I don't have any receipts, but I'm wondering if I could get a print out from Costco... we get Green and Blue Machine all the time!

@yellowbird: It is a proposed class action settlement so they havent agreed to it yet. Its because of how the marketed their drinks as all natural and being free of GMOS when some of their drinks dont fit that description

@yellowbird: Nothing wrong with the juice-- they just claimed to be "all natural" when there are other ingredients in the mix such as vitamins, zinc oxide, ascorbic acid, calcium pantothenate and a synthetic fiber. They also changed their tagline to reflect the lack of all-natural ingredients.
@Mrsbells: both sides have already agreed to the settlement rather than have the court decide. so it's said and done; just time to collect our money!

I don't have my receipts either but was infuriated when this started several months ago. I always thought of Naked juice as a nice convenient smoothie-on-the-go option that was really healthy and was really upset that they lied on their products.

Those amounts seem pretty high for a huge class-action like this; they must have been fibbing through their all-natural teeth about their products, dang!
