We can never go wrong with mac and cheese and chicken nuggets.

My easy one that makes me feel like I did something is rotisserie chicken, simply potatoes mashed potatoes and broccoli steamed...takes 5 mins but feels like a healthy real meal!

Hot buttered tortilla (the uncooked ones from the refrigerated section at the store (we are tortilla snobs)) or throw some cheese in for a quesadilla. It takes less than two minutes and is my staple. Slice up some fruit, a scoop of yogurt, and I call it good.

Breakfast -- scrambled eggs, toast, fruit. Bacon if you have it!

Grilled cheese/cheese on toast and soup, scrambled eggs, avocado, and cream cheese on toast, white cheese macaroni with spinach, tomato and green onion tossed in, or spaghetti with tomato sauce and shredded cheese. Those are go-to quick and easy dinners.
