My shower is this Saturday and I want to wear my black skinny jeans with...something. Couldn't find a cute shirt at Target or Motherhood tonight, and there aren't any other maternity places close enough for me to hit up before the weekend. I'm attaching pics of the best outfits I could find in my closet...opinions, please! Are any of these cute enough to wear to my shower? I have black, silver or red flats I can wear and I took a pic of some scarf options as well. Help or advice, anyone?

I love the sweater in the second outfit and the scarf in the third, although not together. I think either outfit, especially if you are comfortable, is great!

Definitely the last one (the red cardigan). I'd do the silver flats you have on and any one of the black/white/gray scarfs you have, although I like the plaid one you have on the best.

I like the cardigan in outfit #2 the best. Do you have any statement necklace or a sparkly belt maybe to razzle dazzle it up?

I like the black top, striped cardigan, red flats, and the leopard scarf. I'm a fan of mixing patterns and such. If you don't like to do that then I like the second outfit option with the striped cardigan.

I like the first picture best. But I would replace the scarf with the red cardigan and toss on a statement necklace if you have one. I feel like the scarf hides your beautiful, round belly too much and it should be the focus, not the scarf!

I agree with mrs cowgirl. Striped cardigan, no scarf. A necklace would be really great.
Either that or the striped shirt from the first photo with the red cardigan. Again no scarf

@Mrs. Cowgirl: @shopaholic: @highwire: I don't have any statement necklaces that I particularly want to wear, but I'll try some on tomorrow w/the black and white top and see what I can come up with. The solid black top is too low-cut to not wear a scarf! Necklines are adding to my problem since maternity tops like to show my bra and I want to be able to bend over & grab presents w/o flashing people.
@Mrs. Cowgirl: @Jennimac: I do love mixing patterns, I'll play around w/the striped cardigan! It's grey on grey and looks weird w/most of my scarves so I pretty much only wear that pink scarf with it...I'm gonna try to break out of that box! Especially since I wore that combination in engagement pics.
Rawr I should have figured this out a long time ago. Maybe I just need to find a new shirt I can bend over in!
If anyone reads this tonight while I'm sleeping, I would love to hear as many opinions as possible!

I'm not sure the outfit is special enough for you, being the guest of honor and all. If you were just a guest, I'd say it was "ok", but (and maybe it's just a regional thing) I've personally never been to a shower where anyone wore jeans. Everyone wears dresses. But you should definitely wear what makes you comfortable!
Instead of a scarf, do you have a cool statement necklace, or some fun dangly earrings? I just want to jazz you up a bit so you look a little cuter than as if you were just going grocery shopping!

I love the red cardigan, red shoes leopard print scarf.
Also, if you don't want to wear a scarf to show off the bump you can wear a thin belt over the cardigan.

@Pink Champagne: That's kind of where I'm torn--I would like something more special but of course I waited until the last minute. I think dark jeans will be fine for this occasion, although I'm sure some people will wear dresses...I tried a couple on at Motherhood, just didn't like anything! It's that awkward period where everything from fall/winter is picked over and on sale and all the cute spring stuff hasn't come out yet. I'm gonna look again at both stores tonight and play around w/my necklace options to see if inspiration hits.
