I've been pumping at work for 3 months and I have 3 more to go. It still feels like an eternity away, I am not seeing the light at the end of the tunnel yet. Had an inexplicably low output today so now I need to pump tonight to make up the difference. Pumping at work sucks!! Please tell me I can make it..

You can do it! Try to find ways to treat yourself during pumping breaks, either a fun snack or a new magazine or book you only read during pumping breaks. Also, depending on your job, try to enjoy that no matter what, you will be sitting down and relaxing for those moments. I just this weekend during my work stretch tried to go down to one pumping session per work day, but I realized it just meant less down time. I don't mind the actual pumping anyways, it's more the set up and clean up. Try to find any small ways to streamline your process.

You can do it! Keep a bag of dove chocolates in your bag and have one every time you pump! If you can, tomorrow try some flax seeds and peanut butter in oatmeal for breakfast with an extra glass of water. Halfway, Mama!
