I've got shrimp defrosted for dinner and want some quick, new ideas!
We just had pasta this weekend so nothing with pasta or tomato based. No tacos because we have no tortillas etc.
My plan for now is a saute/stir fry with peas, edema me, corn, shitake mushrooms served over jasmine rice or polenta.
some celery, broccoli, shiitake mushrooms, and edemame with soy & oyster sauce. Of course the girls barely touched the shrimp and ate the rotisserie we bought to shred for lunch salads for the week.
boo! now that i think of it, K seems to no longer love shrimp either.
