Checking out my Pinterest this morning I saw a banner at the top of the page letting me know in a few weeks everyone was getting a new look & if I wanted it now?....
Anyone else see the new look yet? I'm scared to try it & possible hate it (like FB updates). lol

I just noticed this too! I clicked update and then it asked "are you sure?" and I backed out!!! I don't know what the change will be!

I got this 2 days ago and clicked it...but then got a big box that said "you can not switch back" and got too scared. I want someone else to upgrade and tell me about it

I did it and I don't mind it at all! It's not TOO different. Your categories are all on the top left hand side though instead of in the center.

I was actually allowed to switch back when I tried it several days ago. I don't like it, not enough white space between photos!

It's not that different. I found that you can't right click on the pins to open them in new tabs, so I can open a million and then go through them.

I took the leap, I usually just use the app on my phone buy in my opinion its not so bad.

@merr: That you can't or can? I know you can right now, which I rely on heavily, so if you can't with the upgrade I'll be REALLY sad!
@cyndistar3: Oooh I think I like the categories up in the corner! Will miss the crisp white borders around pins though. =(

*sigh* everyone always hates it when websites update. I welcome progress. We all get used to the changes and they are almost always for the better.
If Facebook never had updates, it would still look like this:

@runsyellowlites: I haven't tried on my home computer, but at my work computer (which I believe everything is the exact same), you can NOT right click. That's been really hard for me. You can right click on the board name under the pin, and then click on the pin that way (once you click on the pin, you can repin, like, or go to the website to look at it).

It doesn't show comments on the main page, which bugs me. Friends and I liked commenting on each other's pins. No it's more inconvenient to see them all

@pui: Lol. I don't always hate updates but there are usually some functions that I end up finding more of a nuisance than anything else.

@runsyellowlites: In the box where my description would be is a little pen edit button (where my mouse is). And to rearrange boards you just drag them around.

Hmm apparently mine's already updated--and now that I think about it, has been for a few weeks--I don't remember changing it, but I didn't notice enough of a change to care. Mostly just things being moved around some.

I switched to the new Pinterest look today and I really like it. Everyone on FB & Twitter had been bashing it, so I was kinda nervous. Change is good!
