I love the Posts link from the profile, but found that it was too many clicks to reach it... so we added a link to it in the header:

We've been testing this internally for a while, but it took a lot of CPU resources so we hesitated to roll it out. But our programmer rewrote all of the queries to be super fast, so now we're going to try rolling this out to everyone!
