BG pocket with the large insert stuffed with an extra Ragababe insert (size medium or large). Worked great for us! I tried fitte d and wool covers which also worked great except I didn't like how the entire fitted gets wet and sits on his skin so we went back to the BG combo above. Some people swear by a Ragababe AIO, stating they are bulletproof, but we never had such luck with them for overnight (LOVE for daytime and long trips).

BG 4.0 with large insert & a large thirsties hemp insert. We rarely have leaks and they're in them for 12 hours...although my guys are only 6 months old.

P is a heavy wetter & because of her petite size we end up with fit issues if we try to double stuff her pockets! We're actually changing our stash to fitteds!

We use a cloth grovia shell over a disposable. I've heard great things about hemp though!
