Ladies I'm frustrated!
I had my first AF appearance on Feb 18th after having Mirena removed.
It was the normal 5 days.
Then on March 6th I had one day where I thought AF was going to show up again. But, it was just one day.
Now, we are going on more than 3 weeks since that one day and almost 6 weeks since AF actually started and I've got nothing.
I haven't taken a test in a couple weeks but they have all been BFN.
I just want to start again so that I can have some idea of tracking for ovulation.
I'm frustrated to say the least!

That is really frustrating!
I know that it can take a while after stopping any form of birth control for your cycles to regulate. I forget - have you used an ovulation predictor kit?

Maybe try getting a blood test too just to be sure you aren't pregnant. I had a friend who never got a BFP on a stick, even when she was 9 months pregnant!

I was doing the OPK's for the first cycle after AF and then stopped once I had a smiley. But that was Feb 25. It says to start using those on the 6th day of the cycle. Well, I have no idea when my cycle was.
I don't want to waste more money on pregnancy tests for them to come back negative.
I feel like I got too excited at first so I stopped worrying about it thinking it would work itself out but then I've had nothing but one day in the past 32 days of any AF symptoms! -
I got my period right after stopping BC in October, but then didn't get my next one until December 31st! My body just took a long time to regulate. It sounds like you are having the same problem. I even got a positive OPK, but since I didn't get my period until two months later I think my body was just totally confused.
I went to my Dr in December and she told me to come back if AF hadn't come after three months. Luckily it did, but I would definitely make an appointment with your doctor. Sorry you're so frustrated! I definitely know how you feel!

With Mirena, it might take some more time to regulate... It's hard to be patient though!

I didn't want to be "that" person and come on every day and complain. So, I've given it a couple weeks and still got nothing.
I have a dr appt for something else next wed. Not with my ob/gyn but I'm sure I can bring it up with my regular dr and see what she says. -
Oh, good! Seeing your doc can bring peace of mind and hopefully kickstart AF

@MrsLilybugg: Thanks!! I did take another test over the weekend since I was so late from when I "should" have had a period and it was negative.
Even my period app on my phone says 8 days late period (pregnant?) and I want to throw it lol -
@Crisark: I'm glad you have an appointment scheduled. Hopefully your doctor can give you an idea of when you should start having normal cycles!

Dr appt went well. All my blood work came back normal . And after I got to work AF showed up!
I wouldn't normally be excited about that but I needed this one.
It proves to me that my 1 day period in March was in fact a period. and I started exactly 28 days later with this one.
I'm relieved to see such a regulated occurrence.
Excited to move forward with April as our first Real month as TTC! -
@Crisark: Glad AF finally showed up. It's just torture when you know you're not pregnant, but you're just waiting around for AF to show. Good luck this month!

@Adira: I am thinking about just NTNT for the next month or two so I'm not discouraged at an empty circle on the ovulation tests lol.
I think now that I've gotten my BP under control and DH and I are exercising daily and losing weight, I shouldn't have too much trouble conceiving when it's supposed to happen.
