So I tried looking up this topic on google... but there are too many options so what better way to get advice...HELLOBEE!
my LO is 10 weeks.. she has a constant stuffy nose... How often can I use the nose sucker? Is it bad to use it too much?

I use the Nose Frieda on my LO almost every day. When she was sick with a stuffy nose I used it at least half a dozen times daily.
It's AMAZING.
I always use saline spray before sucking out her boogies though.

If they are too young to blow on command, then I wouldn't worry about using it as long as you think they are stuffy. They are all pretty much the same, the cheapo's from the drug store are just a good as any.

I highly recommend the Nose Frieda. I think that is my favorite baby product --- nutty!

Our doctor said for feeding and sleeping. I think if you use it too much it can cause swelling or other problems.

We use it only when necessary. And we always shoot saline water up his nose first to "soften" or make way for the sucking. I remember when he was younger we didn't have saline water Anymore and he bleed a little. So we've been using saline water since.

You don't have to use saline first but I highly recommend it. Just put two mist shots per nostril (they make one for babies so it isn't too much or too hard), give it a few seconds and then use a nose frieda to suck out all of the snot. We have done it as needed when my son has a cold (about 6-8 times per day when it was really bad). He seems to have my husband's allergies so we've had to switch to full-on sinus irrigation (think netipot for babies). We are very well versed in snot sucking.

we also use the nose frieda and LOVE it. my mom says it's the best modern day invention she's seen and totally wishes they made these when i was a baby.

I have a Baby Comfy Nose. Same concept as the Nose Frieda but no filters to buy. Works well
ETA: Boogie wipes are also great for a gentler way to wipe up snot. These have saline to help as well.

We still use the bulb aspirator we got at the hospital! But yes, saline spray and sucking out is the best way, especially before bedtime. Everyone's recommended the Nosefrida so we'll probably get it for the next baby. Sometimes the bulb aspirator doesn't do very well. He hates it but I think he's pretty used to it by now.

Oh and we love our boogie wipes. We have two huge canisters, one upstairs and one downstairs, and a travel pack in the bag at all times.
