For almost two weeks, my LO hasn't been able to sleep longer than an hour stretch at night time. She is three months old.
There was a small amount of time where she would give me a long first stretch (4-6 hours), but now she just wakes up crying anywhere between 20-60 minutes.
Is this just a phase? I am incredibly tired. I know many of you have gone through this--how did you deal? How long will this last? Any tips? (ETA not interested in CIO at three-months old.)

Oh man.... No advice bc this is DS right now, but he's almost 8 months. Shoot me. He's always been this way. We slept trained and it worked for about a week, but then he'd get sick and everything went out the door. He's been sick once a month with residual sickness that lasts up to 3 weeks so it's been a vicious cycle. He too wakes up every hour it seems so I can totally empathize.. I don't wish it upon anyone. Hopefully, someone can chime in and give you some advice, and much needed sleep!! *hugs*

DS didn't sleep more than a few hours for what seemed like forever...6 months at leAst. Are you ff or bf? It sucks but at 1 year I weaned and he dropped his motn feeding and started sttn 7-7. So amazing.

No advice, were there right now (4 months) and have been since 3 months. It blows so many balls. I thought it was the 3 month growth spurt?, then the wonder week leap, then the 4 month regression. Regardless, it hasn't gotten better. The doctor said yesterday to start putting her down for naps drowsy but awake so she learns to fall asleep. Sigh... Good luck.

Right there with you at 4.5 months. We have had everything from hourly wake ups to a more reasonable 3 per night for the past three weeks. But prior to that he was sleeping a 7 or 8 hour stretch when he first went down. Boo. No advice but you most certainly are not alone!

this happened to us and we started to co sleep. After she started to sleep with us she would sleep longer. It was easier on me mentally and physically because I didnt have to get up out of bed to feed or comfort her. it worked for us.

My suggestion is also co-sleeping. That's what worked for us. I got tired of getting up every couple of hours. Once he slept with us, he usually STTN.

Ps, she goes to sleep awake. We never rock/nurse to sleep.
Co sleeping doesn't seem to work since she will only sleep at an incline because of her reflux. Or, on top of me. Though I don't want to sleep with a baby on my chest all night.

@Weagle: we are currently having her sleep in RNP. She will tolerate her crib if she is on her belly only.

No advice but we are with you. DD slept great from 3-4 months, but we have been dealing with crappy sleep for over a month now. We have tried co sleeping. It was a fail. Sympathy for you and coffee for us all.

I would let her belly sleep and see if that helps. Otherwise at 3 months is when R's sleep went to totally crap like that. Hugs! We had to let her CIO at 4 months. But she also couldn't put herself to sleep.

We went through this at about 3.5 months. It was the 4 month regression / wonder week / whatever you want to call it. We ended up cosleeping because I was not ready to CIO but then we eventually did Ferber at a little over 4 months. I know it sucks! Unfortunately I am learning there's no easy way out - just through.

@Rainbow Sprinkles: We were in that boat for 9 months. I am so so sorry. I think you know my background, so I will spare you the details . . . but I would let her sleep on her belly, and get her to a Ped GI specialist for stronger reflux meds (prevacid or prilosec).
ETA: I didn't do CIO until 9ish months.
