Are these things necessary the entire time you BF ? Because I hate them ! Also when I sleep on my side my boob falls to the side and sometimes my nipple isn't covered by the pad anymore. I woke up last night with a wet shirt and bra! Ugh !

I'm still wearing them at 9 months pp, but not everyone has to. I'm so afraid of leaking at work, but I probably only need them for overnight.
@coacheswife123: I've woken up with the wet shirt and bed, too. I just readjust them when I sleep on my side.

I am 5 months PP and still use them. I don't see getting rid of them anytime soon.

I used them the first 3 months and I no longer leak now. Only time I do is if he sleeps longer and I get engorged. I hated them too which is why I used reusable ones.

I think I stopped using them around 3 or 4 months pp.

I have to use them at night still, but at 15 wks pp I no longer have to wear them during the day.

I only used them for 3 or 4 months, or if I was away from LO for a long time after that.

I'm 17 weeks/4 months pp and still wear but I don't mind them at all. Terrified to leak in public!

I wear them at get out of habit, but I stopped needing them during the day at 2ish months pp.

I use the reusable ones but I still leak through my tank/shirt during the day!! I wish the reusables had a plastic liner in the other side. It's embarrassing! Hope it evens out soon. (I'm only 3 weeks pp)

I still use them everyday. Although I probably don't need them durning the day. I am too chicken. (I am almost 4mo pp)

I am 14 weeks pp and still need them all day, especially at night.... But it's getting better during the day, I leak less.

I still need them at 4 months pp. I still leak quite a bit throughout the day, hopefully I can ditch them sooner rather then later, I've had to wear them since 20 weeks pregnant!
