My son had a nursing strike when I accidentally scared him once after he bit me while nursing. To stop it, I would start with a bottle and then once he relaxed mid feed I could pop it out and put him to my chest and he'd continue to nurse. My son didn't want to nurse because he was afraid so I'm not sure if this will help you, but I figure it's worth a shot!

@butterbean: we went through this EXACT thing at 10.5 months. LO woke up with a stuffy nose and was sick and refused to nurse- anytime I tried she cried and cried and would only take a bottle. I pumped and gave her bottles, hoping once she felt better she would nurse again. Nursing strikes typically last 6-10 days. Unfortunately for us, she hasn't wanted to nurse since and it has been about a month I try once a day just for shi*ts and giggles, but she just looks at me with a smile on her face like, "mom really? when are you going to give up?" haha. I hope for you the outcome is different and your LO picks up nursing again once they are better! Just keep pumping in the meantime if you want to maintain your supply. I think my LO is just one of the odd balls that self weaned before a year.
