I'm 5'10 and used the target ones. The length was fine for me. I also used Old Navy Tami tanks. They aren't meant for nursing, but they have stretchy necklines and are long.

I like the Target ones too. I have a few of the pricey Bravado's but they don't hold up that well in the wash (and I line dry) and they the band under the boob part is hard to get over my head/hurts when I'm engorged. I will say that Bravados are longer and the material is thicker. They can actually work as a substitute for a bra whereas the Target tanks I can only wear around the house or with a nursing bra. I'm 5'7" with a longish torso and I have never felt the target ones were too short. Not very supportive but fine. H&M were longer, but also not terribly supportive. After the first few months I preferred the Old Navy Tami, like @futuremama: said. They come in Tall too, though I've worn regular and not had a problem. I'm in between a M and L and the L is def longer.

I'm going to give these a try because I can't imagine going out of the house with only a shelf bra. They're very highly rated.
