I need to get a couple more nusring tanks. I think they are the easiest for being out. I usually wear one underneath a t-shirt and lift up the t-shirt and pull down the tank. I still tend to use my hooter hider when I'm out in public anyway. I agree with you though that soft cup nursing bras are much easier. I hear button down shirts and a nursing tank work, but I don't have any,that fit anymore! I'm going to head to a thrift shop to get some bigger ones soon.

@regberadaisy: the only one I have is from walmart. It was less than $15, and serves it's purpose. I got it so it fits pretty tight (fir reference, I am a 36/38 DD right now and got a large). I think the brand is bestform, and they have 2 packs online for $25 I think. The clasp is good on that one, which I like!

I only discovered them late in the game, but I really like the undercover mama tanks. They attach to any nursing bra and turn it into a nursing tank. So you can pull up your regular shirt, unhook the tank and your bra, and your stomach stays covered.

@regberadaisy: my cheapest suggestion for nursing tanks is to wear your old tanks with the straps under your armpits.....wear it like a tube top. Thats what I do. I wear a nursing bra with them and a button down or pretty much any shirt.

And I have a sling-wrap and figured out how to nurse using it.
