I had a good turn in my story today - saw the new RE and really like both him and the nurse. we are running through some testing and assuming things come out as expected, we will start treating the following cycle, likely clomid + trigger + IUI. I'm excited to have a path forward, and just to have a doctor who really listened to me!

I got crosshairs from FF this morning, showing O date as 10/13 (Sunday - same day as my positive OPK). I didn't get them last month at all so I was surprised to see them right after I entered my temp this morning. Because of my long cycle last month, FF is telling me to wait to test until 11/1...but I think I'll test around 10/27 instead (if I can hold out that long).

I tested this morning and got a negative and three hours later af arrived. I am glad I didn't have to wait in limbo for af to arrive at least. Plus, I was expecting the negative since I had been spotting for a few days so I wasn't as let down as I expected.
I made hot chocolate with kahlua for dessert and I keep mentally listing the reasons it is good to have another month. It looks like there is (unfortunately) great company to be had in November though so I will see some of you there and I will keep cheering and crossing all my fingers and toes for everyone this month!

@Cole: Bummer about AF, but I did the same thing! I wrote a list of reasons why it's good to have more time before a BFP. It made me feel a tiny bit better but I'm still sooo hopeful for November! FX for you too girl and everybody still waiting this month and next month!

My period might be starting. My delusional side is telling me that it's just breakthrough bleeding, but my rational side is pretty sure that it's my period. I will still test on Saturday, but not hopeful.

Hey October rollovers! Is anyone gearing up for another TWW? I am looking forward to getting a positive OPK within the next few days and really honestly have DH on board with the SMEP plan. I am keeping my FX for all of us rollovers!!!!

@MrsMcD: Me too! Took my first OPK ever -- negative of course. But looking forward to faithfully executing the SMEP plan (today is CD10). DH is on board in the sense that I just tell him when and where to show up and not to ask any questions
I'm already excited for us October rollovers to be November BFPs!

Today has been a super strange day for me. There is a separate thread about it, but I didn't feel right about leaving you ladies out

I have a dr appt tomorrow morning to find out what is going on. But for now I am feeling really anxious about all the bleeding, not to mention the drinks and the hair coloring...
Also, I don't think I mentioned it is our 4 year wedding anniversary today. Yikes. This is a lot to deal with.

@CakeLady: happy anniversary! I posted on your thread, good luck today! I would not worry about the drinks or hair coloring. It's perfectly fine to get your hair colored during pregnancy.

I've had 5 days of watery cm now (other months max 2?!) but negative opk. Had decided on an EOD and then ED round ov plan but think DH is getting tired now, really hope he doesn't give up too early... Never thought I'd be worried about DH NOT wanting to bd
. Has anyone ever had loads of fertile cm then not ov'd? I don't get EWCM just watery.

@CakeLady: I wouldn't worry about the hair coloring because from what I've looked up it's not harmful during pregnancy and gaged drinking well it's early so still no harm should be caused

@Snowdrop: I have tons. I did eventually get a positive OPK, but I had lots of EWCM for a few days before I got the positive test.
