Looks like our visa application is being denied and we will likely have to move back to England. Not fun.

@travelgirl1: Wow that is sucky? Are they giving reasons why? I would definitely talk to an immigration lawyer and get advice on what your best options are and if you really do have to move

@katsupgirl: we can appeal, but it's an issue over DH'S wage so it's whether either side will budge.
@wheres_c: just appeal, or DH's employer change the way he is
paid and we don't think they will.@Mrs.Someone: just worry whether a lawyer will be throwing good money after bad? We might need every penny we've got!

@oliviaoblivia: technically I guess we're good till September when the current ones expire but we couldn't wait that long.
This just sucks so much. A's doctors are here, we have built a life here. England has shit job prospects right now.

@travelgirl1: have you tried contacting your MP? Friends of ours had lots of luck doing that, and one of them didn't even have a job! I would try that for sure.

@sunny: we would but it takes a few years to process and we wouldn't be able to work in that time.
@Mrsbells: it's basically a labour market opinion application. He needs a positive one for his job to enable us to get new visas but the decision was negative because of pay.
@sslm: we haven't tried yet but I think we will, thanks for the,idea!
