I don't think Char was down to one nap that young (probably closer to 16-18 months), but eventually her morning nap was getting later and later, then we just put her down at 11:00am and she would sleep a solid 2+ hours. She'd wake up around 1 and eat lunch then. Bedtime would be at 7:30p or 8:00p.

We didn't drop to one nap until about 17 months but she would get up around 6:30 then nap around noon, after lunch. Then bed at 7:30

Up around 7, nap 1230-230 five or take half an hour. Bed by 8!
Worked well for my nap hater. He was previously napping twice a day for 30 mins.

We dropped to one nap around that time and we've had the same schedule ever since (she's 21.5 months).
Awake between 6 and 7....breakfast, playtime, get dressed and help mommy with some chores
930-12: depending on the day we run errands, play outside or go to an activity. (Sometimes all of those!)
12-1: lunch and indoor play
1-somewhere between 3 and 4: nap
She wakes up, we have a small snack and play till dinner.
6-630: dinner
630-7: playtime
7: bath, books, songs and bed.

He didn't really settle firmly into the one nap camp until about 16 months and was doing 1 or 2 naps at your LO's age depending on his wake up time. But with one nap, it looks like:
6:30 a.m. wakeup
10:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. nap
6:00 p.m. - bedtime
At 14 months, he was only able to give me about 4 hours between sleep times, but bedtime has now stretched to a 7:30 p.m bedtime at 18 months once he got used to one nap.
