Our nanny of a year is leaving to work full time in the restaurant business. We love her and would like to give her a really nice gift.
What would you give her?

We are doing a week's pay bonus when our nanny leaves. We are transitioning to daycare, so technically we fired her. I know she's searching for a new job. Even with two weeks notice, I think money would be most appreciated.

It seems fairly standard in our area to give beloved nannies a bonus when they leave. I've heard a week's pay is common.
