We're headed to the family mountain home for 2.5 weeks in the new year (depending on if my sis goes into labor). DH will be skiing every day. It will be cold and snowy. Though K and I can go out for walks everyday, there's not much around - the nearest K mart is an hour away to get an idea.
So... I'll basically be house-bound with a crawling, assisted-standing, wanting-to-walk, 10 m/o. And we're driving there. So what gear & toys would you bring if you were me? I'm planning to bring the Bumbo as a baby-holder/high-chair. A PnP or the Bjorn Travel crib. DH already thinks that is a lot of things to pack. I know we'll need more things to keep LO occupied and happy all day. Not sure if I should break down the jumperoo and re-assemble it there or if that's overboard. I actually have a friend that would take their swing with them everywhere - even overnight! So...
Any suggestions welcome! We're not used to being housebound so long!
