R started day care in June but that was paid for back in January as a deposit. So I just saw the first payment come out of the bank account, along with the mortgage.
Ouch! It is so expensive. How do people afford to have 2 kids???

lol daycare costs are the #1 reason we either won't have two kids or they will be 4 years apart

Yup, I die a little inside everytime I look at the costs. No way we could manage 2 at once. It just can't be done.

It is rough! But for us a nanny turned out to be cheaper than infant daycare x 2 - it should even out as they get older, but it is really nice not having to get them out of the house in the morning, so who knows what we'll do.
