I need some inspiration ladies! We are having family photos taken on Oct 20, it will probably be in the 60°s but we have unpredictable weather. I need some help with what your inspiration outfit combos would be! I. Am. Lost. We will be outdoor, we are a fairly casual family, just need me some help!

@babyjmama: lol, I know! I already have an outfit for DS. DH is easy, but for me, I have no clue! I was thinking maybe skinny jeans, boots, nice shirt and a cardigan.

@babyjmama: oh no, is white no longer cool? We are doing family photos later this month and I have us all planned out wearing white and jeans. Oh well
its still gonna be sweltering here though.I always pick something I really like for the kids first and then plan around that..

Make you all coordinate but don't match. Look at them all together and then in pairs. For instance for R's 4 months, her dress was different colored polka dots. DH couldn't wear a striped shirt cause the pictures of him and her would have clashed too much. Him and I both ended up in solid colors that went with her dress.
I would go with fall colors and fall type outfits. We have pictures in November and planning on DH-jeans and a button down, and maybe a sweater over it. Me-jeans, sweater or shirt and scarf. LO-sweater, skirt, leggings.

Are you looking to do more of a fall shoot - or Christmas-y shoot?
For fall last year I did navy and mustard outfits, but if I were doing Christmas I might do ivory and icy blue or red.

I'd just pick a color/color family and find yourselves coordinating shirts and then wear jeans or khakis.
