We use huggies overnights or pampers extra protection in the next size up.

@Pepper: we are still in a box of 4s that we bought when she was wearing size 3 diapers during the day. We are going to move to 5s when we are done with this box. Just fasten the tabs really tight.

We use pampers extra protection in the same size that she wears during the day (target 4). No leaks at all!

Pampers extra protection. He wears size 5 overnight but 4 during the day (pampers cruisers). He wets through everything else at night.

We love earths best for overnight. Holds a ridiculous amount of liquid!!

We had this same issue. We use Huggies overnights but that wasn't enough until LO stopped taking bottles. So I got insert pads and that helped a lot:
