I've posted a couple of times that I haven't yet gotten my period since going off the pill in October. I'm actually going to my first acupuncture appointment today so hopefully that will help! I'm also calling my dr today.

But I'm wondering, is it possible to ovulate without getting a period? I want to start charting but it's so hard when I don't know what day I'm in my cycle!

And anybody else have trouble getting their period after going off the pill?
