Hi everyone!
I am new around here and need some advice. We likely won't be TTC for another year or more, but I am off the pill and have been for about 5 months. My cycles have been 34-35 days consistently.

I've had horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE cramps which is exactly how I was before I went on the pill. I got some prescription meds from my doctor that are helping with those though!

I am spotting/bleeding today, enough to require a tampon. No cramping or anything, so it doesn't seem like my period. I just checked my ovulation app on my phone, and I am in my fertile days, with ovulation set for Tuesday. I don't temp or anything, I just go by this, and last month based on CM the app seemed to be a fairly accurate predictor.

I had spotting at a similar time last month, but not as heavy.

Does anyone else have ovulation bleeding? Is it this heavy?

This is all very new to me.. and I'm curious about what is going on!
