A couple bees asked me to post a review of this chair, so after having it for a week (which means 21 meals), I thought I would do a quick review for those who are interested. Quick shout out to Mrs. Bird for posting a PSA about this deal!
This was my dream high chair (strictly based off looks) but I didn't want to pay $250 for it. I was able to get it on nobetterdeal for $120. Awesome score!
Pros:
-Love the look. It is modern, but still classic. Looks like furniture!
-Extremely sturdy and very good quality. It's not tippy and is actually quite heavy.
-Super easy to clean. The kind of plastic that the seat portion and the tray are made out of wipes off SO EASILY. Even after leaving a mess overnight, I still could wipe it off with a baby wipe the next day.
-The seat cushion is also easy to wipe off. If food gets underneath the cushion (which has not happened to me yet), it just velcroes on/off so it would be extremely easy to just unvelcro and clean underneath.
-Only took 15 minutes to put together.
-The tray slides in and out very easily and smoothly. You can do it with one hand (while holding baby).
Cons:
-Does not recline (this isn't really a con for me since I didn't start using it with LO til she was almost 8 months. I would imagine recline would come in handy with a smaller baby for bottles though).
-Does not fold up. (this is also not a con for me because I never intended on this chair being portable).
Hope this is helpful for those of you I talked to who were considering getting this chair! It definitely gets 5 out of 5 stars in my opinion.
Here's a pic of my LO LOVING it! She feels like such a big girl
