We went a different direction and got a completely personalized chair painted by a woman named Monie Segale. Her work is featured in Clover boutique in Ballard, Seattle. I found her contact information and got in touch. You can see the pic of the stool she made for us in my nursery post.

Btw. The foam is really sturdy and my butt fits in the seat! So comfy.. haha. LO will definitely be able to sit in it for many many years.

we have the pbk chair. ships super fast. that's my only gripe with land of nod. they have cute stuff, but some of it takes forever to arrive (like the glider we bought from there).

no complaints. charlie loves it, and i love to give it as first birthday gifts. a huge hit!

The anywhere chair I wanted for DS is available for shipping again, but it is backordered so I don't know when I'll get it! I ordered the chocolate brown microsuede trimmed in sherpa.

I always get paranoid when I order personalized stuff, that I will spell the name wrong and since "all sales are final" on personalized stuff...you know how that goes!
