Last night hubby and I DTD. It was a little painful during and afterwards I had some cramping for about 5-10 minutes. This morning I noticed blood in my underwear.
Now I'm worried that we interfered with something and ruined our chances for being pregnant this month. Should I be concerned? Please tell me I'm crazy?!

Not thinking you ruined your chance by having sex. I've had spotting every time after my husband comes home from deployment, and sometimes when it's rougher than usual. I think stressing about it is at least as likely to hurt your chances as slightly rough sex.
If it's more than just a little pink or brown spotting, though, I might be concerned. And if sex was painful without being rough, that's also indicative of a larger problem.

I wouldn't worry about it. I don't think having sex is going to ruin anything. Doctors usually ok sex while pregnant.
