I could really use some help making breakfast for my dh!

He started crossfit last week and is interested in going paleo. I don't cook a lot of carbs or grains at dinner, so making the change there is easy. And he usually eats leftovers for lunch. The problem is I don't know what to get him for breakfast. Do you have any suggestions for paleo breakfasts? He has been eating a banana, bacon, and eggs.

Here is what makes it a little more challenging:
-he wakes up at 4:45 and isn't interested in getting up any earlier to cook. I don't blame him, so whatever it is needs to be made ahead of time
-he doesn't really like eggs. He will eat them scrambled, but will only eat one. That isn't enough to fill him up.
-he doesn't like avocado

I don't really like bacon and don't cook it much. Whatever brand I bought last week was too salty for him. What brand do you buy (that can be purchased at a regular grocery store).
